It’s funny how you can visit the same place multiple times and have completely different experiences. I visited Kissa Matcha twice within the same week. My first visit was amazing. I ordered an ube matcha and the mixed ube/matcha soft serve cone. The young woman working at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since my soft serve was starting to melt, I asked if I could have a cup so I could transfer the cone into it and enjoy it without making a mess. She happily provided one, no questions asked. Because of that experience, I came back a few days later. This time, I ordered two matchas (the ube matcha and the banana cream matcha) along with a cup of the mixed ube/matcha soft serve to share with my boyfriend. We were also ordering food from the market and planned to take some of the ice cream home. Since the ice cream didn’t come with a lid, I politely asked if I could have an empty cup to place over the top to help keep it from melting during the drive home. The response I received was simply, “No, no hun, sorry, I can’t do that.” There was no explanation offered, and the interaction felt abrupt and dismissive. Kissa Matcha is absolutely amazing!! If you’re looking for high quality matcha with an incredible taste this is definitely the place to go. Their matcha soft serve ice cream is top tier and a must try. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner today, and she was genuinely one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met. What stood out the most was their customer service. If you ever need any modifications to your drink don’t hesitate to ask the staff they are incredibly friendly and will gladly take the time to make sure your order is exactly how you like it. Well definitely be coming back here with my friends and family!! ⭐️🍵💚

I must say that this place it’s absolutely AMAZING 🍵 they have MATCHA in all flavors & definitely should come to this place & also give it a try with SOFT SERVE MATCHA YUMMMMM !!!! 🍵 come have a good time with friends or family 💚will not disappoint. I must say the owner is super sweet & takes the time to check in into her customers. If you by any chance need to your matcha to be remade for some reason please speak up. They will genuinely redo it for you 💚🥹BUT BEST MATCHA PLACE IN GRAND PRAIREEEE 💚💚 we come all the way from garland tx 💚🍵

Soooo good!! We got the ube cream matcha, earl grey matcha and banana cream matcha. Soo good and actually tastes like matcha and not just milk. Definitely my go to matcha for Arlington/mansfield/GP. I didn’t get her name but the girl ringing me up is SO kind. Price is pretty reasonable too

So rare to find a good matcha place, that actually sells a matcha drink that isn’t too milky but still sweet! If you’re a matcha lover then definitely try them out! I personally love the banana cream and earl grey flavors!
